Creation of a new subsidiary

Anthogyr, a recognized leader in dental implantology, pursues its international development with the creation of a new subsidiary, Anthogyr Benelux.

Aarnaud Schiettekatte who will be the General Manager of Anthogyr Benelux will bring in 10 years of experience at Dentsply, one the world leaders in implant dentistry.
His deep knowledge of the dental market in this region will surely be the subsidiary's best asset for future success.

Four subsidiaries have been opened since 2006, respectively in USA, Brazil, Italy and Spain. This fifth one is a milestone in the history of the company, and a strong message that it wants to expand further outside of its French base and serve an increasing number of customers around the world.

Only a few months after the acquisition of Simeda^® (Luxembourg), a company specialized in customized CAD/CAM dental restorations and dental implants, the Anthogyr Group wishes to increase its commitment in the international market by winning more and more dental specialists over to its Global Solution for Dental Implantology.

"Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg have always played a major role in our European strategy" said Eric Genève, Chief Executive Officer of Anthogyr. And he added: "Opening a 100% owned subsidiary was preferred to working through a distributor. We thought it was the most effective way to offer Benelux potential customers the depth and breadth of Anthogyr's expertise and its 65 years of experience in the dental field."
