Biologically driven prosthetic solutions with Axiom® Multilevel® and Axin®
It is now well established that screw-retained implant supported restorations offer many advantages to current clinicians. The main advantages are retrievability and cement-free fixation. Due to anatomical reasons, when a single implant is placed, it appears to be challenging to obtain the perfect angulation and, when several teeth are missing and planned to be replaced, the implants are usually placed with different angulations. Therefore, the need of angulated abutment may be required to facilitate the prosthesis insertion, obtain a passive fit and to have a good esthetic result.
The Axiom® Multi Level® and Axin® innovative concepts introduce solutions to overcome this limitation and allow screw-retained single and multiple units implant-supported restorations without any intermediate abutment, directly down to the implant without any luting interface.
